Refund policy

 1. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed and the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled without paying the applicable delivery/courier charge.

2. Size Exchange / Return
If the delivered product does not fit due to the size being too small or too large, customers can request a return or size exchange. In this case, the return and applicable delivery charges must be paid by the customer.

3. Product Condition
For any return or exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, clean, and in its original packaging.

4. Refund
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Delivery or courier charges are non-refundable.
